Our recliner sofa had a short delay, but it finally arrived 3-16-22, its beautiful and very very comfortable. I like the dark grey, puffy pillow back and arms. the bottom of the box had small damage but it didn't effect the sofa it was fine. I recommend this wonderful made heavy strength well made to all. There is no cup holders but i chose it for the reason of the puffed arms. Very nice sofa we are very satisfied.Amy

I really wanted a couch with a built-in recliner, since we live in an apartment and don't have room for both. This one actually has two, one at each end, with a regular seat in the middle. Rather than a button or lever, there's a handle down the inside of the couch arm that you pull to recline. Being average height at 5'5, to sit all the way back I have less leverage to put the footrest down, which leaves me slamming it into place 2-3 times before it catches. But if I were taller, it'd be less of an issue. It's nice for the price, considering couches are outrageously priced anymore.. but it's definitely inexpensively made, as for some reason.. the material at the bottom on the back is coming loose. We don't have pets.. and we're not against that part of the couch because, why would we be? So, that's not normal wear and tear, it's a craftsmanship issue.. but it's also probably relatively easy to fix. All in all, it's a good temporary couch for us until we get into a bigger place and have more funds to work with.

I researched sofas for over a year before finally choosing this one - I am so glad I did. Not only is it much prettier in person, the delivery company sent competent, kind, efficient people to deliver and set up the sofa for me (they even made sure I had the pads in the right place so I didn't scratch my wood floors and helped me clean up the papers from doing that). Nothing is better than getting a good product and good service, too. Plus, the sofa is really comfortable - I may even nap on it in the future! :)

Looks nice but came damaged! I’d even be okay with a partial refund to go get things to fix the sofa but we can’t even communicate with the seller.

The sofa is very comfortable, and the color is such a great neutral taupe with a tinge of sage — unfortunately, the sofa I speak of, I had to order through an actual A.F. store, because the sofa I ordered from Amazon did not ever arrive. I have never ordered furniture this large or expensive from Amazon before, but I decided to go for it. I took a gamble and lost.The sofa itself (the one I ordered from the A.F. brand store) is incredibly comfortable. The head rest part is super supportive of your neck, but it’s also really plush. The upholstery portion of the sofa is great. The reclining mechanism (pull tab) could have had a little more money put into it. It feels like I’m pulling on a strand of plastic with a circle at the end, and that it may break in a year or two. It’s not a thick plastic bar that traditional recliners have. The mechanism is hidden between the cushion and the arm, so I can’t take a picture. You dig your hand in and find the O, and pull “up” to release the mechanism. I do believe they should have used a better frame/base material for a motion piece (reclining and putting it back is a lot of stress on the frame) — it’s the standard pressed particle board, which doesn’t always work for the heavy-duty action of a recliner.For the price that you would be able to get during a sale, it’s worth it, in my opinion. It’s a mid-grade sofa. Buy the sofa from the brand name store. You can even buy it from the brand name website- you don’t even have to go in a store and deal with sales clerks, if that’s what turns you off. You get the exact same service.Yes, they have a delivery fee... but what’s the point of getting a slightly better deal on amazon if the sofa doesn’t show up?! (And then you have to do the whole customer service and refund schtick. THAT’S fun.)My first two reviews were declined because I wrote too much about the delivery (lack of delivery) service, and name dropped the brand name, which is why I have to say ‘A.F.’ and ‘brand name’. Hopefully this gets through!Edit: forgot to add that for whatever reason, on the AF website, the exact same model sofa is under the name "McCade". Not sure why the name is different, but the specs are the exact same. I checked every last detail, twice. Even the product numbers are the same except for the last digit or so.

I bought this for my sons condo. He has a five year old daughter and a 93 pound dog. It holds up under there constant pressure and is quite comfy. Affordable and simple to install. A nice value.

I only bought this for the price ($450) so I wasn't expecting much. This same sofa and the furniture places that I went to would have been $900. So I thought it was going to be a cheap knock off. Something to just get me by until I had more money to spare. It is the quality that I would have gotten from the store furniture. It looks far better than the pic did online. I was going to order couch covers but since it looks good as is, I will leave uncovered.

The couch is quite comfortable however, the footrests are short and my feet hang over the end.(I am 5'6). The headrest feels a bit different..almost like styrofoam beads.
