Do they work on bikes?

"Maybe." You won't know until you try. I trusted that "UNIVERSAL STEM TIRE VALVE CAPS" and "fits cars and bikes" would mean that exactly what it says, but they're too large for my Subaru. Perhaps they are small enough for bikes, even though "universal" means "most everything".

Do they Fit lawnmower tires?

Probably not but guess there are dozens of lawnmower tires and few are standard. Think Auto tire stems for this to fit.

Is this good for a 2019 Honda Civic?

Gets the job done and looks great

The caps do what they are supposed to, and they have a nice glossy shine to them. Aesthetically they are somewhere between typical plastic valve stem caps and metal caps, and I’m enjoying using them on multiple cars.
