Delicious and long lasting
On a whim I ordered this in March 2023. Shipping was great, the tin arrived cool with the cold pack still partially frozen, and the Best Buy date was July 2023. I placed the not opened tin on the refrigerator back shelf and proceeded to ignore it. Finally with trepidation I opened the tin in August 2024 -- the cheese was perfect, firm and fresh tasting. I crumble the feta for salad topping use, but it's sufficiently firm to be sliced for other recipes. I'll order this again after the summer heat has passed.

Favorite feta cheese
This feta has a great soft creamy texture and taste and needs to be refrigerated . It arrived warm The cheap little ice pack was melted and warm. When the Can was opened the cheese was hard and had a sour taste . Seller needs to do better ! Won’t buy it again waste of money as it had to be thrown away.

GETS FUNKY TASTE
This Feta taste great when fresh. The can it comes in is hard to open all the way so I had to put it in another container with all the liquid. After three weeks or more the cheese starts to taste funky. There is a lot of cheese in the container for one person to consume in a few weeks. It seems to me the cheese should have a longer period than it does or like some of the other brands have bought in the past in large containers. cheese should be keep refrigerated at all time.

I love this Feta. It inspires me to make spinach fritattas, fetalicious vegie pizza and much more. If only I could afford it a bit more often, for parties, special guests and my son who can't eat cheese from a cow. You folks deserve what I pay for this great product. But. Idea: for us devoted customers of meager means--how about a coupon once in a stretch of time? A great surprise?
