I was craving Swiss cheese ever since I moved here from Germany 9 months ago. When I ordered this one I was kinda concerned about the shipping since cheese shouldn't be exposed to higher temperatures for days. When I opened the package I was just amazed. The seller included a pack of dry ice and the cheese felt still cool after 3 days of transport. Freshness, taste and texture was exactly what you would expect from a high quality Swiss cheese. I'm so glad I ordered this piece. It's just perfect with a glass of red wine. Will definitely order again.

Good cheese, but not remarkable cheese. Doesn't really justify the cost and trouble. I buy cheese at Costco that is less expensive and tastier.
