Good Quality
The media could not be loaded. This is perfect for my gerbils. This little house was easy to assemble and appears to be safe for my gerbils. My gerbils fit perfectly in all the little spaces and they have loved exploring it so far. I think they are in awe compared to their last house it has so much space for them, they could each have their own little house if they wanted. I bought a smaller version of this for the top of their cage and they love that one as well.

my daughter's rats love it
nice little set, my daughter's rats love it, the bridges won't stand up too long if you have determined chewers, but what can you expect when your pets are prone to eating their homes.

Sturdy and Cute Hamster House
This was such a great price for something actually made out of wood. It's a nice size and my hamster has made it his home. He sleeps in it every day. It's sturdy too. Great buy! Would definitely recommend!

Almost perfect! The tunnel looks miss matched/not finished...
Great size for Robo's or mice, our last hammy was a Syrian so everything we owned was super big for these little guys. So I decided to buy something more snug and secure feeling for them to go along with all the big stuff that will still be used as well.I am just now writing my review for this item as I bought everything way before we got our new little hammy's so I just now got it put together. I am still working on their double decker home but went ahead and took pics of the first level so far to show this house. It doesn't look very big in our bottom cage but I would like to point out thats it is bigger than it looks. The cage its in is 1,040sq inches which is similar in footprint to a 75gal aquarium tank. I am including the measurements in the photos. For just helpful info for those looking for a decent sized cage for minimal money these Sterilite Christmas Tree storage bins make a great basic hammy cage. Walmart has them for about $30 every Christmas. With the way the lid sits up high adding another inch or so to the 15 1/2" base it's tall enough for 12" wheels... Anyway, back to my review...My only issue with my house is that the tunnel looks seriously out of place, it wasn't finished with the birch bark like the rest so I am deducting one star for that. I can see in other pics posted that thats not normal, but its not a big enough issue for me to return it. Aside from that though I love it! Brownie and Frosty love it and moved right in! I was originally going to put it in the top level of the cage but changed my mind as it's only 416sq in and basically fits right in the middle of the lid of the bottom level as its rectangular in shape as well, but this house takes up a lot of room in it so I am swapping the levels making the top one the moss/sand play level with the other 12" wheel and toys and stuff and this bottom the living/nesting area. I didn't have any issues putting it together, its rather self explanatory and doesn't need instructions. One of the ladders was a bit longer than the other 2, not much, but enough to make the difference for the spot above the tunnel where a ladder goes. If you find the one you have there too short stretch all 3 ladders out together and see if one is a tad longer than the other 2 and try it up there. I also noticed a review where someone was talking about how their hammy couldn't figure out how to get to the "Attic", the ladders are not attached in the proper spot. There are tiny holes drilled where they are plugged into and are the perfect height if connected how they are meant to be. Everything is pretty simple to figure out without instructions, I'm not really sure why so many comments have an issue with the lack of instructions. My house does have some visible glue but not anywhere where it could be easily chewed on. I didn't bother sanding anything as I saw no spots that looked like true splinters to me. The bark is birch, so yes it has an almost shaggy type feel, but it shouldn't be an issue for any rodents. Its too soft and plyable to be an issue. Overall I am happy with this little house, it was cute, fairly cheap as far as hamster stuff goes, and easy to assemble. If I have any serious issues with it I will update my review.

Pleased with the product.
Overall I'm happy with it. It sheds some with the bark surface. I took one person's advice and sanded the openings to prevent any splintering. I also saw one review stating that the inside of the tunnel got moldy.I can see how that would happen, with the type of wood that it is made of, so I coated the inside with a water based outdoor semi transparent stain. I have a fan on it and am giving it a few days to cure before using it. I also added a bottom to mine as it isn't sitting inside an aquarium. It's a really nice size. I think my mice will love it. I let them out every night for a few hours to roam my office room while I'm sitting at my desk and they have a blast running and exploring and crawling over and climbing up things. 2 of them return to the cages on their own. I usually have to set the humane trap for the other one but this will give him a place to hide in.

Hamsters love it!
My hamster loves this! It’s good quality and a very cute addition to my little guys playpen. It does flake a little bit (little wood shavings from the roof) but that’s normal for natural wood. It’s worth it!

It's big and perfect!!
My hamster was just too fat to fit into the small house I got him so this was his upgrade! Plan on getting a bigger tank soon but for now he's enjoying his house ❤Easy to put together (I glued the parts together)My hamster seems to love it the second I let him see, is the second he realized he can bring big foods inside now like the lollipop we get him 😂😂😂

Does not stay put together
I bought this for my hamster’s huge cage thinking it would be great quality. And some of it is, like the cabin houses themselves my ham loves. But the tube does not stay attached to the houses and the ladders aren’t sturdy either. I ended not using it as a set but using both houses in his cage and using everything else in his playpen. I found a use for it but disappointed it didn’t work as advertised.
