Parmigiano Reggiano Top Grade 1LB Cut

This is very good cheese at a reasonable price. A pound is the right size because bigger quantities of Parmesan become moldy even though they are in ziplock bags in the refrigerator. Also most of the Parmesan Amazon sells comes from Italy so you are chancing shipping conditions . I know you can cut the mold off Parmesan but I am not willing to do that.

First one was great, got another and moldy as hell. There not eligible for returns so know your rolling the dice. 1 for 2 but when I got a good one it was great

Excellent quality. Make sure you put some high quality Balsamic V. on the pieces.

Love this cheese.

I recived the product in a timly manner, however it was not properly "Cryovacted" Air got in & it was exposed to temp. When i recived it, it was slighty melted & oily. I used it anyway. The taste was great, but when microplaned, it was like grating butter. Alittle reluctant to order again...$Thanks, Kim Kahana Jr ACF Cert. Chef
