I purchased this to do my nails and overall, I think this is a great product for anyone who needs to work with small objects or text, whether that's for reading, crafting, or any other activity. This magnifier is made of plastic but it will serve your purpose. It is very bright and you can manuever the light to almost any position you want. If it were heavier, it would help. The magnifier is great and it has a small super magnifier built in. I also like the little trays built in the base of the unit.

Ready and easy to use for threading needles and for getting those little splinters out.

A friend of mine had a similar mirror that she uses for just about everything, but mainly for threading needles and doing her nails. She did my nails with the dashing diva nail stickers and you couldn't have asked for a better product for precision and placement.

I don’t use this magnifier a lot but when I do, it is great for my needs and a tremendous help. I sometimes work on replacing small computer and electronic parts like Apple Watch batteries and this unit is a tremendous help. The light is good, the little storage tubes are handy and the flap that covers over the lens is a good thing to protect it. Very pleased with unit and would highly recommend.

I bought this in black for my computer desk. A few weeks later I ordered it in white for my craft room. I love it. It's very light weight but it gets the job done! The neck adjusts so you can adjust it to where it's needed.

The lamp is small and light weight and bright enough. A couple of complaints however. The neck is a little too short. In order to use the magnifying lens, the target object needs to be huddled up tight to the lamp, making working under it, awkward. The lamp comes with a small 5X extra magnification lens. Nice idea, but, it seems to be in the way, all of the time. It's still a handy lamp, but it'd be better with a few changes.
