Good sound from an engineer’s perspective.
Bought mine in 2021. They have weathered 4 years of outdoor use (as of 2025) and still sound really good. I’m happy with these little speakers.Mounted them to my wakeboard tower, installed a decent amplifier, with 14 gauge wire to the speakers (I had to drill a couple relatively small holes in my tower to route the wire inside the tower). Installation was simple and effective.Oh, by the way I own a live sound production company covering high quality sound for up to 10,000 people simultaneously (for the sound enthusiasts out there that is 10,000 watts of sound reproduction power), so I have an inkling about sound reproduction. These speakers sound very good for the money. Certainly better sound can be bought, but these do a good job for the money.

Great value
These speakers really sound great! I installed them on my wakeboard tower and they are clear, loud, and actually have a lot of bass for a 6 1/2” speaker. I initially hooked them up directly to my deck, and they sounded ok, not much low end. But they really came alive when I connected them to a cheap Pyle amp. I can’t believe the sound! The amp I bought was a $78 Pyle 1000 watt 4 channel. They are actually getting probably 100 watts each, but they work.

Sounds good
Sounds great just needs more power to help sound.

Nice Buy!
Got them quick and they are as advertised. Very nice and built well. Mounting was quick and easy, came with tools to mount and has about ten foot of insulated speaker wire per speaker for connection to your stereo. Sound is good quality directly connected to your stereo system, but I suggest using a small amplifier to really enjoy what they can do. Would buy again.

An honest review
Poor quality. After installation, one of the speakers didn't work. Starting at the amplifier, because these were brand-new speakers (!), it took a while before I dismantled them to find that the internal wiring had detached. They were not tested before they left the factory! The housing is like a soda can, and I may experiment with adding insulation inside to determine if that improves the sound quality. Cheap design for a mid-level priced speaker.Supplemental information. After a few days one of the speakers is blown. Complete garbage.

Great company and good product.
I installed these on my boat, they look and sound great. I don’t recommend putting too much power to them maybe half of what they are rated for but well worth the money.

Not a quick directional adjustment feature
These speakers look and sound good but the description needs to mention that they are not a quick release type directional adjustment. They essentially have a very fixed adjustable range but must be unclamped to change the direction the speakers point.

6.5" speakers sounded better then my friends 8" tower speakers.
Put these tower speakers on my 2008 Tahoe boat and love them. Linked them with a kenwood amplifier and a sony deck and the sound quality is top notch. Some of the reviews I believe are misleading about these speakers. I used good fasteners and did the research to match these speakers with the right amplifier. So if they say they sounded like crap, they used the wrong amplifier or connected it wrong.
