So far this one is working great and I think I might have figured out why the other ones keep failing. I shut down my hot tub during summer months, and I leave water in the tub during shutdown as instructed buy my hot tub repair guy in order to preserve the glued connection fittings throughout the tub. This check valve was originally located just above the ozone injector and when the tub was not running, water would work its way up the tubing to the valve. I believe the valve sitting in the water for four months caused it to fail. I have relocated the valve closer to the ozone maker and now when the tub is not running, water can not reach the valve. I will update this post if this does not fix the problem. If using in a hot tub, make sure the water can not reach this check valve when the tub is not running.
