Best worn over a thin t-shirt so it doesn't rub you in hot weather. I find this product to be effective and prevents potential pain; good reasonable price too. Well happy!

Bought the largest XXL size for a 43" inch waist. It provides good back support for me when gardening which can be a killer for one's back if mowing the lawn etc. It's well made in design and fairly easy to use as you have to get it just right when attaching the belt ends with the Velcro, but it's not uncomfortable to wear. Best worn over a thin t-shirt so it doesn't rub you in hot weather. I find this product to be effective and prevents potential pain; good reasonable price too. Well happy!
