A: no you shouldnt have a problem with this, you can always scoot forward/backwards to leverage yourself

**Q: What is the weight of the leg extension attachment?**
A: 15 lbs.

**Q: Will this fit on any Body Solid bench?  Are all the benches compatible??**
A: Their main webpage (directly from Body Solid) states that it can also be used with GFID100 bench.   I have the GFID100 bench and it fits.
