It seems that there is something solid inside the pads and they are not very soft or flexible and make it difficult to clean your face which is the sole purpose.If you haven’t yet bought any definitely go for the white ones! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works brilliantly *by M***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 June 2019* Was very sceptical about these but decided to buy on the recommendation of a friend. They work really well even on waterproof makeup. I don't understand the couple of reviewers who claim to have had a bad reaction to them. They couldn't be gentler and there is nothing in them to react badly with skin. Yesterday was my first time and it was horrible. As soon as I had finished removing all my make up, my skin felt as though it had been stripped of all natural oils. Not only dry but stingy. I applied my ordinary night cream which stung a lot. This morning my eyes were slightly gunky and sensitive and the skin around my eyes was very stingy and sore. I washed my face as normal and applied my normal daily eye cream and it stung so badly I had to remove it and apply emollient instead. I am so disappointed.
