The product is fairly simple to operate. Once you understand that there is no way to re-do a play, and learn the graphics, you are good to go. There is no color, and the Spades and Clubs look very similar. While the device turned on it was impossible to operate so the game functioned, impossible to view the screen (not backlit - how can the elderly view if I can't), the buttons do not work and are equally illogical.
