Received the item I ordered, set it all up and got ready to test. It wouldn't turn on. We could see a loose wire dangling inside near the power port. Easy return and replacement. When the replacement arrived the internal packaging was damaged and the box had lots of labels... plugged it in to test and discovered the temperature control knob was not attached to the housing, preventing use. Do not want a replacement as quality control is obviously not up to par.
