**Q: Can this kit make rolls with the rice on the outside instead of the seaweed/nori on the outside?**
A: I have done it with nori inside and sesame seeds on the outside of the rice and if you go to sushiquik.com and look at the video for dragon roll, they show just rice on the outside.

**Q: How many pieces are included?**
A: Rolling Mat - Stand - (2) end caps/soy sauce bowls - cutting guide - rice/nori guide - spoon......so I guess that makes 7.

**Q: Does it come with the knife?**
A: Thanks for your question. It does not come with a knife, most people like to pick out their own sushi knife that they are comfortable with using.

**Q: Can you use this with rice paper?**
A: We have made spring rolls with rice paper before and they turned out great. If they stick you might use a bit of plastic wrap.
