Practical yet Elegant!
This has to be one of the most elegant paint sets I own!Aside from the fact that Schmincke Horadam makes world class watercolors,the presentation of this set is astounding to say the least.This set comes with the Navy Leather Case, Schmincke 12 half pan paints and box,1 Koh-I-Noor Hardtmuth Toison D'Or 1900 H pencil and a Grumbacher Goldenedge 4620 #8 Brush.The navy blue leather case is fine quality, soft and supple and the white stitching really makes it pop.The Schmincke logo is embossed on the front flap and is tasteful.It was genius to have a place holder for a pencil and brush on the side of the holder.The back of the holder is completely flat so it can sit nicely on any pad of paper while traveling.With the flap closed this case measures 9"L x 3 3/4D x 1 1/8H.This would make a fabulous gift for any artist or a stunning treat for yourself!

well made and perfect for traveling
Schmincke. Their quality is unsurpassed and I am just thrilled to have this magnificent set. The half pan watercolors are pure heaven. The metal case has four wells for mixing, just right! The deep blue leather case is elegant, well made and perfect for traveling. The brush and pencil are an added bonus. I look forward to adding a few additional pans [half or full pans can be used]. I couldn't ask for a more lovely set of watercolor pans. It's a dream come true!
