I got these on the 2 for $9 deal they had, which is great considering the normal price was $15.The build quality is fine considering the price, finicky to deploy and I have a few doubt about the longevity on these parts.The biggest drawback is how there's nothing stopping a determined flat bug from crawling through the middle where the two meshes overlap, and also the spaces around the edges where the metal frames slide together could be another great hiding spot for stinky bugs. I'll have fun scooping those bastards out later this year I'm sure. They probably could have prevented that a bit with some thick brush material in these gaps, but obviously that'd cost extra.Plus, having the window itself be the retaining force means an animal could pretty easily pop it out of place if they really wanted to, but that's the price one pays for not installing a permanent mesh so I can't really fault this product.So overall; if I had paid $15 for this, it would have been an OK purchase. Since I got 2 for $9, so really it is a great value. It is cheap so you should expect to get what you paid for, but hey it works good enough for me. No more hornets and craneflies.

Love the adjustability of these. I did however buy more screen rope to make them more secure. (But overall satisfied.

I live in a loft in a hundred year old building. The windows are huge and without screens. We have all 4 seasons here so we love having the windows open as much as we can. Now we can enjoy it even more without the flies!!! We've had birds fly in as well. This is going to be so much more comfortable. Plus, I have a lot of plants and I can put them in the window sill without worrying if it's going to fall down and knock someone out from below. The screens fit in the windows great. I'm hoping they will stay in when it gets really windy. They are a bit flimsy but they were pretty inexpensive. So time will tell on that one. I'm ordering another 2 pack.

Like it. Can't use it cause is about 2 inches too big for window. Needs to slide more to a smaller option.

Now I can finally sleep with my window open!

I have 3 indoor cats who love to lay by the open window and bird watch. I bought these screens as an extra layer of protection in case they get rambunctious and want to go for the birds. These screens work perfectly keeping the cats in and not damaging the permanent screens.

My windows do not have built in screens. I always felt that was an issue and something I would need to invest in. Well, not any more. These screens are amazing! Take 2 seconds to install. Easy to remove. Just what I have been looking for. The size is true to the description. The price is amazing. I will keep buying these. I'm so pleased.

I have a lot of cats and this was for a window on the catio side of house so it was destroyed literally minutes after putting it up. Not the makers fault but my own because I should know better. I was just trying to take an easy way without fixing the original screen properly.

Some windows in our new apartment were missing screens. These are sturdy, adjustable and fit easily in the channels.

These are great when you don’t have a screen for a window and a lot cheaper than getting a full replacement. Super easy to install too.

This came as a broken item. The person I ordered it for didnt tell me and he did a repair to it to make it work instead of having to wait for a return to he done. Other than this issue, he's happy with it.

I bought these for my bedroom windows and during the summer months I get a lot of bugs through the window gaps. They did the job and since they are tall, allowed me to meet the window widely open. After a month or so they started getting stuck from rain and dust and don't open as smoothly. The mesh on them is very thin and can break with the smallest touch (which it happened to one of them).besides that it's an affordable option to keep bugs out
