I have to admit, I was astonished how much water this towel absorbs. My car was full of pollen, so I wet it down and then placed the towel down on the hood and pulled it like a chamois. There was no water left and the paint was almost dry. It handled most of my full sized car before becoming overly wet. The water it did leave was easily wiped with their finishing towel. I am sure that this towel is paint friendly because of the minimal effort required to dry a car. I only used it once but it looks like a winner. My cars are never super dirty so I am expecting this towel to do the right job.

The Liquid X Original Rapid Dry Towel ... performed exactly as advertised. I used the Rapid Dry Towel to wipe off and dry my Cars after a Car wash and Car rinse. The Rapid Dry Towel completely and easily eliminated water spots on the car. The car paint was shinny clean with zero stracth or abrasions. Great product. The Towel Size was perfect for wiping dry a complete Car. The Towel itself cleans up well using soap and water.

Definitely the most absorbent drying towel I've used, and safe on clearcoat. You're going to use 2, unless you have a good hydrophobic already on the surface. Any surface that retains water will use 1 up quickly.

Soaks up water... stays wet... useless... not worth the money at all
