Maybe I am naive, but I genuinely expected better quality. The badge reel is fine, it was however, very disappointing to me to find that the beautiful design was simply a bubble sticker placed on the badge reel- and it wasn't even placed well it was off center and I had to adjust it personally so that I would be centered on the clip! Lesson learned I suppose.

Cute little clip to hold my work ID and keys. I was using a lanyard before and it was inconvenient when unlocking doors. This retractable clip solved that problem and doesn't ever come undone. I do have a little trouble opening the clip with my non dominant hand but it's not a big deal

I bought one 6 months ago and the clip broke apart after two months. I bought another one and again it broke as well but in different way; thr clip came dislodged from plastic. I am not able to get it back in setting. This was with normal use. Both times it broke while trying use it to scan badge.

I really wanted to like this. It fell apart the same day it was delivered. The front popped off. Save your money.

The clip just broke and it has been only 3 months. I am contacting seller.

So this is sufficient. I love the image and design. That being said it is heavy and weights my shirts down. I wear this in an office setting and it pulls on my shirt.

I use this for my hospital badge and when I fully extended it, it made a click and it stopped retracting.My hospital sells these for 2-5$ each but I bought this one for the design and thinking it would be better quality.Due to COVID, the hospital shop is closed and I cannot buy a new one.I waited for this one and it broke within a couple uses.This is not worth it; do not buy. It may look cute but it WILL break.I am hoping they can send me another one for free.
