This was cheaper than buying a new Fitbit...Me: Hi, I need the replacement piece that holds the charge cord.Fitbit: Actually ma'am, you qualify for an upgrade at a 25% discount!Me: My Fitbit works just fine. I only need the $10 piece.Fitbit: ma'am, I'm sorry, but we don't sell that piece.Me: THIS is absurd. You're trying to get me to buy a new item when mine totally works. You don't sell the obviously fragile piece that breaks for everyone? Ridiculous.I needed a steady hand, my old button, and summer krazy glue to hold it on because it doesn't stay snapped in- it's just slightly too big. Still, worth the money!

Received this for a Charge HR I was given to fix for a friend. The black probes on the back were too long, so I had to cut them. Then I had the issue that the charger wouldn’t fit into the hole on the bracket. So I took a tiny flathead screwdriver and “sanded” the top and bottom of the charger port to make the opening bigger. If you have patience than maybe I would consider this, but for me this took about an hour to complete and it was very frustrating. Over all it looks nice now that it fits but I would never do this again.

This item is very close to the original cover (which broke during a band change). It is possibly a mm taller than the original. I just put a dot of glue on each peg when I inserted it (bc it just never seems to snap into place). My HR Charge case is not the original either So it's possible the difference in size could be either item. But at any rate it holds the charge cable in place and does its job perfectly well after that small modification.

The part don't fit and it missing plastic afraid it may break at that point. I am looking to return it but they want me to pay the shipping to ship back cost me as much as the part to send it back. Just a poor part.

I had to reorder--first package was missing the button.Great product. Took a little finessing to fit, had to file down support posts and sides of bracket so that it lay flush. Works great, charger snaps into place and stays there, no issues. All in all, a great purchase

This product description is a lie. The band clip does not latch into the fitbit it is too small and does not have the holes for the screws that hold the clip. It is another Chinese disceptive adverticing junk..

Fit my fitbit charge hr but would but stay clipped on so I improvised and use a bit of super glue I dont think it was a product problem I think my fitbit is just warn and old has been working great now and I'm able to charge my fitbit again

I broke the original band and needed to change and this one doesn’t fit!

The clasp is not big enough to fit the fit bit. The one side appears to have been filled down. Even if you would just glue the clasp on to the fitbit, the hole that the charger is to fit through is not big enough either.In the photo I am pushing down hard to try and make it fit. You can see the scratches where it appears to of been filed.I will requesting a refund.
