There are so many keto bar options to choose from on Amazon, so I thought I'd give these a try. I needed something to have at work for lunch while keeping me in ketosis. After consuming six bars over six days, I am impressed and will buy again. These work for me because:- The taste is much better than I expected. This is very subjective, but I enjoy the taste and texture.- It satisfies my lunch-time hunger (after fasting since dinner the night before). It holds me all afternoon.- After consumption, I tested my own ketosis later in the afternoon with urine strips and this keeps me in it.I will now order my second box of 12 bars @ 60 grams each: 17g fat / (5g protein + 3.1 net carbs) = 2:1 ketogenic ratio plus 11g fiber, which is excellent. While the price per bar is over $3, it actually saves me lunch money when consumed as a meal alternative.

TLDR: Perfect macros. Chocolatey, rich, MCT-powered deliciousness that spike your ketone levels. For sinfully good (but still ketogenic) dessert, crumble one up and sprinkle over a half-cup of rebel creamery ice cream.I follow strict carnivore keto most of the time, but when I break that for anything sweet, these bars are the only thing I turn to and have for months. They're leagues above any other keto dessert out there, be it cookies, fat bombs, or ice cream, and I've tried it all, not to mention they last forever and can travel without melting. The benefits are ridiculous-- E.G. instant focus (almost nootropic style) after eating one. These taste like you're cheating, but ironically, they have put me back in ketosis faster after genuinely cheating. Bonus points for the most delicious aftertaste of any 'bar' out there-- no weird cooling effect, etc.Can be used as a meal replacement, or just dessert, depending on your needs, I find that it's especially good when breaking a fast. Also aids digestion on a diet that's potentially lower fibre like mine, but definitely not overbearing in that department to the point of it being uncomfortable.Warning... Once you try these, no going back, no other keto bars measure up

Delicious. So creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. One reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is wrapper information is misleading. It doesn’t state the sugar alcohols so it appears as though these bars are very high in carbs. I was ready to send them back until I read the additional information that came with the bars.

Edit: I updated from 2 to 3 stars. I got used to the taste by the end of the box. Going to try a different flavor.Original: Certainly good macros but am not a fan of the taste of the choco caramel - and I can tolerate some rough tasting bars. Seems like a great company though. Bad taste, throat burn, and strange reflux.

I was super excited to try these ketone bars. The first one I tried tasted okay, but had an off taste. I just thought it was the ingredients.However, my friend pointed out that these bars were expired since Nov. 2019...If it wasn't for that, this would be five stars. I am deeply saddened that I received an entire box of bars that were expired. Needless to say, it didn't sit well with my stomach either.

This Ketone bar is great. It is fudgy and chewy and slightly sweet. It has a great balance of fats and sweeteners that give you the chewy satisfaction you crave. It has a better mouth feel than the other bars I've tried like Good Fats and Quest, not so crumbly and dry with lots of good MCT oil in it. Net carbs are very low to keep me in ketosis. I will buy again because this takes the cravings away.

Keto source are basically chocolate fudge bars. Based on consuming one box, I find them a bit more environmentally friendly - they don't seem to melt as easily as the KK bars. The chocolate taste is fine for a Keto diet guy like me and hope the company expands to other flavors (ala the protien bars from Kirkland - cookies and cream for example). I used the Keto source primarily as a mid-afternoon snack or a quick breakfast/lunch when traveling or schedules are tight. I recommend them along with the KK bars - the fat/protein/carb ratios are similar with a fair bit of fiber in each (I think Keto source have a bit more fiber). I've ordered two more boxes since the first.

I would not buy them again.
