It does knock the edge off when you get a craving and gets rid of the urge to smoke. It's expensive but it's still a small price to pay if it's to do with your health and helps you quit. Would definitely recommend this.

Arrived with a good 'Use by' date which might be important, depending on the plan for reduction or stopping smoking.* Product, like all NRT products, will hopefully help with physical addiction to nicotine... the other aspects of addiction are as individual as the person who is addicted.* Price seemed comparable to some others, cheaper than many.* If you are in the UK, check what you may be eligible for from the NHS or NHS Scotland, if you are interested. There may be a waiting period before even being assessed for any possible prescription.* Good luck and strength to you all!

Helped when I was on a plane and in the airport.
Made me feel much better when I couldn't smoke on the plane and the airport. Normally I would be getting very frustrated but didn't feel like this with these. Definitely recommend.
