It truly is wonderful and I was worried about it not looking like the picture or living up to the high reviews that others have written and am happy to have been proven wrong. The roller itself comes on a thick and sturdy rose gold handle attached to the rose quartz rolling sections. The scraping tool (gua sha tool) is awesome and after rolling I followed the super easy instruction brochure it came with. I could instantly tell the difference: my skin was almost glowing and all of my facial features felt more relaxed. The instructions say to use on dry clean skin but I love using the YTP glow oil/kale spinach moisturizer with it for a more relaxing "sweep". I registered for the one year free warranty and it did take me only a minute like it said. I looked around for quite a while but this one is definitely worth the purchase! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use *by M***U on January 18, 2019* After seeing all the hype about this product, I had to try it out.This review is only on the quality of the product. I've only had this product for a few days, so it is way too soon to review on the actual effectiveness. The product came in a nice package and arrived promptly with the free two day shipping. I could not contain my excitement when opening it and I personally thought the packaging was luxurious.It had come with everything that was listed. I was very weary after reading some reviews of the roller breaking or squeaking. But after inspecting the product, it makes me wonder if those people are handling it gently/with care or are they handling it roughly (big no-no!) ? To me, the roller felt very sturdy, heavier than I had expected actually (not a bad thing), and didn't look cheap at all. The Rose Quartz feels very cool to the touch. My favorite is using the roller on my neck and the gua sha tool for my cheeks-- it feels amazing and SOOOOO relaxing!Make sure your face is CLEAN and has been washed to avoid any breakouts, that is KEY! I have only used the product after showering and putting on my face moisturizer.Maintenance on the product is very simple. I pour a little alcohol onto a cotton pad and wipe thoroughly. You can wipe dry with another clean cotton pad or you can leave it out to dry on its own. When I am all done, I just store it in my canvas bag they have provided and that's it! Ready to use for next time.To conclude this review, the product is very easy to use and good (if not great) quality. But of course with anything you purchase, only time will tell how long it will last.
