Not limited **Q: Is there an issue with the rechargeable battery in the new Beats Studio headphones (black)?** A: I'm not really sure what some of the people are saying on here. The battery in the Beats Studio headphones is a modern Li-ion unit. Leaving it plugged into the charger for long periods of time won't affect the battery. You can plug them in overnight and be fine. Gone are the days where devices over-charge. You had to worry about that with Ni-MH batteries but not modern Li-ion ones. You don't have to worry about the battery keeping it's calibration curve or anything like that. Just use the headphones as normal and charge them when the battery is getting low.Additionally, the battery will last you for a good 18-20 hours of listening, way more than the 8 hour number given my Haoran. They are correct in saying that you may have to charge the headphones right out of the box but their 8 hour number is incorrect. **Q: Why do they have a battery?** A: They're like little powered noise cancelling speakers **Q: Why are these cheaper than the ones in the Apple Store? I was skeptical due to the fact that I had ordered beats online from this websites, and I wondered how they had so many different styles and designs such as cheetah and lightning bolt designs. I had bout 3 pairs of pros for about 150 each. I found the price being a little low also but ignored it out of Black Friday and upcoming Christmas excitement. Worst mistake ever because they broke within the first 2 months. Now I'm out $450. Anyways back to the point of this comment these are NOT FAKE. Promise they are the real deal and work great. My bluedio has the bass that I desire but, not the feel nor the look and quality.
