Another beautiful Spiderco blade
Beautiful craftsmanship. My second knife from spiderco and definitely not my last. Opening action is the smoothest ive ever felt and has not worn or gotten gritty in the slightest. It is a joy to just open and close the blade, that's how crisp and clean it is. Shaving sharp out of box I would expect nothing less. Much thinner than you would think same for weight very light. Easy to carry doesn't feel bulky in the slightest. Has yet to see a full days carry but I have no doubts that it will be just fine just from home carry and use. Feels amazing in hand and I can adjust my grip however I need and will always feel comfortable and safe. Zero blade play and perfect blade alignment. Only thing negative to mention would be high price and a small amount of lock stick. But lock stick does wear away the more you open and close, and the price is well worth this beautiful piece of functional art.

Top notch Spyderco.
This one beautiful knife! I'm a big fan of the Spyderco Ethnic Series and this one will not disappoint you. Fit and finish is outstanding, comes razor sharp out of the box.

A little expensive, but well constructed.
I ordered this without fully reading the text, and realized this knife has a liner lock, which I've never really liked because most liner locks in my experience aren't very tight, and can be disengaged accidentally. This knife is very tight, however, and the liner is set up so that you have to close it "on purpose." By this, I mean the tab for disengaging the lock has a low profile that takes some getting used to, making its function more reliable. The handle scales appear to be carbon fiber laminated to G-10, and they have a very nice feel. The brass bolster is classy, set off by the black anodized hardware. The handle's length is right at 5-3/4" inches. Light in the hand and well machined with no sharp or uncomfortable edges. The blade is 3-3/4", the cutting edge about 3-1/2" inches. Made of CPM S30V, which is not my favorite steel; too thin a blade made of it can be downright fragile. However, this blade is hefty, and flat ground to impressive tolerances, and opens very smooth, almost---but not quite---as though it was mated to an assisted opening mechanism. I live very close to Spyderco's HQ in Golden, CO., and this knife is very expensive from the boutique. The scuttlebutt is that the stock removal process for the blade is done overseas, and the construction, fit and finish is done here, though Spyderco didn't say that. It wouldn't surprise me, though. It's at least as well made as my Natives. Size wise, the Schempp Bowie folder is about the same size as a Spyderco Endura, but slightly heavier. I only wish it had a lock back and that the blade was of VG-10, which I like much more. A grand addition to my collection.

Groomsmen gifts - 10/10
I bought these knives for groomsmen gifts, and the fellows absolutely loved them. They look great, are incredibly sharp, and it took a tank rolling over one to break it. I would definitely buy them again if I had an occasion to.

Great gentleman's folder
This is a great gentleman's folder that carries very well in the pocket. The coffin style handle is comfortable in hand, and it opens very smoothly. Love it!

Unique.
I'm sure the look isn't for everyone but I love it. The pictures make it look like it's awkward to handle, which I was worried about but those worries disappeared the second I got my hands on it.
