Used that "other" brand for years but they switched the containers to something wretched and unusable and even changed something in the ingredients to where they don't work as well as they did before the change. THIS IS SOOOOO MUCH BETTER! THIS IS SOOOOO MUCH MORE AFFORDABLE! I'm honestly kind of kicking myself for not trying this ages ago - the menthol scent is very effective and helps and I stay clear and breathing much longer and is true to the package. I'm honestly really super impressed - would never have thought it would have worked as well as, (let alone better than) the name brand!! This is the absolute best way to have been proven wrong lol. Same main ingredients as brand names but much better supporting ingredients. Some folks think that the "inactive" ones don't matter, but they really do. This is top notch and I'm breathing much better nowadays.

Love this product when I get a stuffy nose! The menthol helps and it provides instant relief. If I’m extra congested, I do a nasal rinse and then use this nose spray. It’s a lifesaver for me since I have horrible allergies. The price is really great and no nasal drip!!! It lasts a long time, too.

Spring, summer and a lot of winter I have allergy nasal issues. It’s been every year like that for a long time. I like this spray. It has a very menthol initial hit and that’s great. It keeps my nasal passages clear and irritant free and it’s a fraction of the cost of other brand names. My one gripe is the cap. It’s frustrating to open, so I leave it ajar. I photographed it with a cotton swab for scale. All in all A +

The secret to opening are these 2 steps: 1. Squeeze the 2 side tabs with a pair of small PLIERS (not your fingers as they're not strong enough for us older folks). While holding the pliers to squeeze the two tabs, twist the cap counter-clock wise. Voila! 2. Now, for the next and last step: Hold the whole damn thing firmly UPRIGHT (do not tilt it) with one hand and stick the nozzle in your nose (not too far) and only squeeze it one time in each nostril. Doing it only one time will prevent the spray from burning your nose -- and it will prevent the spray from going down your throat. (A second voila! -- just for you b/c you have now accomplished what any chimp could do with a hammer.) The spray work great and the menthol feels good in the nose (both sides) ! But the packaging is beyond terrible !

This stuff really does the job -- my sinuses clear out fast and the no-drip sprayer works great. Fantastic value at this price too. My one gripe is the cap, which is more of a production to open than it needs to be -- but I get it, that's just the world we live in now. Minor annoyance, great product.

I love this nasal spray. Its way cheaper than Afrin and its really effective. It has a mint scent I can say. Its very refreshing and again th effect is immediate.

Absolutely amazing. I swear it started working in seconds. Just don't sniffle/breathe in through your nose too hard right after spraying or it tastes awful coming through to your mouth.
