I love it! Super fast shipping
I ordered 2 of these for my son and myself for scuba diving as the primary air source. I love these tanks, they are perfect. Everything is as described in the listing. HIGHLY recommend!!! It arrived the day after I ordered it! You have to screw in the valve of course and it came with the mesh protector over the tanks. The tank was manufactured 7/13 and purchased 6/14 so I lost 11 months on the cert but still a great deal. If you look in the questions section of this product, it says it would be manufactured in the last 12 months. I plan to buy 4 more. I had the visual inspection of the tanks, everything is good on them!

Tank to fill air rifle
Purchased this tank to fill a Hatsan air rifle. I thought I had ordered it with a DIN valve but when it arrived it had a different valve on it so I had to reorder the attachment that goes from the tank to the gun. Once all that was worked out I took it to the nearest dive shop where they inspected it and then filled it. So far it has been working fine. It is a bit heavier that I had imagined but I had never dived so really had no idea how much they weighed. It's a lot better than using the hand pump which unless you weigh 200+ pounds is a real chore.

Excellent...
Awesome tank, polished aluminum with a nice clear plastic webbing sock. I use it to fill up PCP air rifles, it weights about 30 lbs, so I also bought the XS Scuba Deluxe Tank Carrier with Shoulder Strap for better handling, I'm very happy with my setup, charging my rifle takes 10 seconds as opposed to 10 minutes with the hand put.PS. by the way, the black base cup at the bottom of the tank was purchase separately at the scuba shop when I got the tank filled, I paid $12 for it, it's made out of tough plastic and it makes the tank more stable when standing up.

Vendor made it right
Update: vendor made it right. They sent a valve. Ibnow have tonget thebtank inspected because it had a cap on it and I have to make sure it is safe before installing th valve and filling.Straight put of the box, no combo valve as described. Requested an update from the vendor and they didn't respond. The item is non returnable. I'm waiting 48 hours then will have Amazon take care of it. Sad because it's a nice clean tank, but with no valve.

The "CYL-TEC 80cf Scuba Diving Tank" purchased on Amazon is a good looking brushed aluminum cylinder and was very well packed in the box. Included was an excellent quality DIN/K combination valve sealed in a bag marked "Nitrox Ready" with green o-rings on the neck, dip tube and a DIN-to-yoke insert along with "3000 psi service pressure" label. The valve has a lightly etched "230BAR" on the base at the back. There is postage stamp sized piece of paper in the bag with the valve that has somewhat improper instructions for assembly of the "siphon" tube to the valve (commonly called a dip tube in the U.S.) and valve to the tank. Ordered in 03/16, it shipped from IL the same day I ordered and when arrived had a hydro test date stamp of 06/15. The tank and valve did not arrive assembled and there was no VIP decal on the cylinder (indeed no decals of any kind on the cylinder). This cylinder and valve would be perfectly fine for paintball or compressed air applications other than scuba.Since the tank is being described specifically as suitable for scuba, there are some minor concerns regarding scuba applications and this is the reason for four instead of five stars. Technically the Hydro date stamp is also the date of the first visual inspection, but in my experience very few scuba diving shops would be willing to fill it without a current VIP decal from a recognized inspection authority. Thus, most people would wind up having to pay a shop about $20 for an annual VIP and assembly. It's also questionable if the assembled cylinder and valve is suitable for use with nitrox. While the sealed valve clearly is marked for use with nitrox, the cylinder has no markings at all as to being oxygen clean. I am a PSI certified cylinder inspector and in my personal opinion I would not mark my VIP for use with nitrox since it was not so indicated on the cylinder. My own visual inspection of the interior using white and UV light uncovered no qualification issues. I also performed a microscopic inspection of the neck threads, uncovering no qualification issues. However the neck and crown of the cylinder are much thicker than I have personally ever seen in a scuba cylinder from U.S. aluminum cylinder manufacturers. Because of the thickness of the neck, the threading only extends approximately two thirds of the way down in to the neck opening. Although it is peculiar, I can't see why this would cause any problem other than the cylinder might be a tiny bit more top heavy than most when in water. The weight of the cylinder without valve was 32.3 pounds and it seemed to be a snug fit in a Sea Pearls 7.25-inch anti-roll scuba tank boot. For those who understand such matters, the standard DOT neck markings read "TC-3ALM 207 DOT-3AL 3000 NN0629 M0814 WN S-80 06A15 CYL-TEC SCUBA". The A in the 06A15 hydro date as I have written it here is actually the symbol for Authorized Testing, the independent inspection agency. The cylinder has an M number of M0814 that from the PHMSA Foreign Manufacturer list of 01/16 traces back to "Zhejiang Winner Fire Fighting Equipment Co. Ltd." in China. So the cylinder, and probably the valve, are being imported from China.

Instant use of air rifle.
K type regulator worked with the Ninja Paint-ball scuba fill station I purchased. I use it to charge my new Benjamin marauder .22 Pre charged pneumatic air rifle. I fill to 2600 or 2800 psi per need. That worked well with the crosman hollow points I used. After some use I will post the number of useful refills I achieve. Also purchased a foster fitting 34" fill whip extension hose to make gun placement easy for filling. The tank required VPI and fill ~$19 for initial use. Further fills will run $6.50. I was able to precisely fill my guns reservoir with slow opening of the valve.

When I went to have my new tank inspected and ...
When I went to have my new tank inspected and filled, the dive staff smiled as I came through the door. They showed me that they had just inspected another exact tank and found the tank to have multiple cracks. We then looked at the one I had purchased and sure enough it had multiple cracks, which he actually showed me. If you read this and still buy one, make sure that you have it fully inspected before filling. The dive staff that looked at my purchase said that many times people won't have their tank inspected upon first fill because it's new. Then upon the first year inspection cracks are found and it's too late to get a refund. Watch out buying this tank!
