Very supportive. Scarf can cover your face to a degree for some warmth and privacy. Material is soft and odor-free.

It’s small, lightweight, and easy to pack and carry. It’s a hard insert covered by soft fabric, so it was not as comfortable as we had hoped.

Edit: the seller refunded my purchase. I appreciate their standing behind the product and encourage people to give it a try as it seems like a good idea which just did not work for me. Not good. I purchased the larger size but exchanged for the smaller because I’m short. Very uncomfortable on an 11 hour flight. The plastic thing dug into my neck. Hated it and will try to return.

Everything else is fine. I do think that it's much better than those U-shaped neck pillows. I haven't fully tested it out yet on my kid or myself (it fits me too since I'm petite). However, I'm disappointed at the fact that I was not sent the Aqua Pop color as I had picked. I was sent Sea Camo. I didn't really want that color but for a problem that seems small, we'll potentially be using that for years to come (hopefully) when we travel. But I won't go through the hassle of going out of my way to return it for that.

My oldest daughter (7) is a very active child both home & in public which is expected for kids. When my child gets into the car instantly she falls asleep on trips and as a result, her head careens all over the place while buckled up. My neck would hurt watching her until we purchased this blanket support pillow recently. Excellent support as well as comfort for trips throughout the week and especially the weekend for our child. The best advice is when it arrives to have the child practice putting it on even create a game how fast they can do it (securely) on both sides and get a feel for doing it. The muscle memory of wrapping it will make it easier when they are getting tired with instinct grab for the pillow quick wrap fall asleep during travel time. Excellent material great support

Junior size would fit shorter people too. But this doesn't work if you are the type who doesn't stay in a single position before you fall asleep since it only gives support on one side.

I bought this for my 4 year old son to prevent his head from bobbing around while sleeping in the car and it seems like it might be too large for him. I tested it out in my home before using it in the car and immediately noticed what I could consider a serious design flaw. The Velcro only attached in the center of the "pillow" so there is only tension in the middle of the wrap causing it to bunch up in the middle, not allowing you to use the full width of the wrap as you see in the pictures. My opinion is that there should be Velcro on the top and bottom of the wrap or Velcro across the full width of the wrap. I first tried it to the side so he could rest on his shoulder but it wasn't long before his head fell down and I had to pull over to reapply the wrap. I then applied it somewhat forward so that it was resting under the side of his jaw. It still only applied support for one position and his head was once again bobbing around. I pulled over again to readjust and put it directly under his chin. That actually worked pretty well but it is obviously not how the product is advertised to work. I suggest that the manufacturer redesign and include a closure which applies tension evenly across the width of the wrap and not just the middle.
