Like. A. Glove. I got a Large. I'm 6'2 and 210lb, average build, wear 34"-36" pants. I don't enjoy thongs as much as other styles but this is a definite exception. Incredibly comfortable, sexy, and like I'm hardly wearing anything at all. Could have gone a size down if you prefer things a little more snug, usually not the case with men's panties but this brand is sized very well.

A little bit on the larger end of the men's panties you will find here on Amazon, so do folks the directions and maybe go a little smaller.
