Review: A great kit for developing hand strength for seniors - This set of hand exercise tools with the included booklet of exercises are perfect for me. Most, if not all, exercise equipment for hand strength that I found would look appropriate for a 250 pound body builder not for a 68 year old grandmother. But, I wanted & needed to work on the strength & flexibility of my hands &, luckily, I found this kit. This kit includes some items for two levels of resistance (putty & eggs), x-soft (perfect for me) & medium (perfect for my husband). Since getting this kit, I’ve used it faithfully & can definitely feel the benefit in my hands. Yes, they are stronger & more flexible as a result of using these & following the exercises suggested. Everything about this kit is lightweight & very easy to use.
