When the pool arrived I was already skeptical, the main box was damaged and tore up to the point I thought for sure the components inside were damaged or lost, as was my thought as I pulled out the smaller boxes of parts. My confidence in this company had already taken a bad turn. But as we started assembling the pool it turns out all the parts were there and not damaged. The pool went up in about two hours and was fairly simple to assemble. The ladder is a bit of a worry, even with everything fully tightened it still feels wobbly and unstable. As with other reviewers on here I ordered the pool with the deluxe accessory kit (skinner, vacuum, etc.) but it did not arrive with the pool. When I contacted the seller through Amazon they were quick to respond and are sending out a replacement kit tomorrow. We’ve only got to use the pool once so far but so far it gets the job done, well worth the investment.

I am pleased with my purchase. I looked around trying to find the best deals I could. I am happy I went with this pool. Had some questions about the model I ordered. Customer service responded very quickly and answered all of my questions. Once the pool arrived, I had it up and filling within a hour. Was a little nervous about the quality, but customer service assured me this pool was of good quality. And it is. Nice thick liner. Not a single leak or drip with the skimmer filter or hoses. Very sturdy as well. I'm not the easiest to deal with so I have to give thanks to the seller for helping with all of my questions. I've had several pools over the years and this seems to be the best one so far. If you're looking for good quality, this is the pool.

This pool is very easy to assemble, I put it up in less than hour with the help of another adult.Took about 7 hours to fill, started early enough to add chemicals the same day and started to use the pool the next day. The filter that comes with the pool works ok if you leave it on for long periods of time. I upgraded the filter with a larger one and the water stays crystal clear. The pool liner is a bit thin but the structure is pretty solid.It gets tons of use and so far its holding up pretty well. Based on everything that is going this was a great addition this summer to keep the kids and family entertained.

I couldn't find an above ground pool no matter who I spoke to and what I was willing to spend, so when I was just about ready to give up on it, I decided to try one of these out. It took about an hour to assemble. It holds water and cools me down. The filter does more for circulating chlorine than filtering out stuff, but it's fine. One thing I didn't think of- the pool's depth is 42", but that's just the side measurement, not the water depth. The water is about 36" deep.

I purchased the pool for over $800+free shipping, now it is reduced to $400 some change with shipping (still cheaper). I received a pool cover by it self before the pool arrived. Not sure why it was shipped separately. . Because THE ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION SAID, pool, cover, ground cover AND DELUX ACESSORY KIT, WAS ALL included in the pool purchased price. However, when the pool arrived there is NO GOUND COVER OR accessory kit.Waiting on an email with anwers???I received an accessory but it wasn't what was and is pictured. I have emailed several times. Not answers.

We've had ours for over a month now and haven't had any issues at all. My 14 year olds love it. My 17 yr old put a basketball hoop up outside it and shoot hoops with his buddies. The only downfall is that it didn't come with a vacuum so we have to order separately. The filter, we take it out and use the powerful setting on water hose to clean the crap out of it then reuse it-works great!

I can't believe this pool was only $194 to years ago. I paid 1000. It has been worth it in the COVID world since I have four children that love to swim. However, it is a shame how they are allowed to gouge with these prices. I watched these pools go from $500 two days before our district schools closed for the year to $800. Later that day, they were sold out.

We have been in the pool for our 1st time today. We are very happy with the pool. Would purchase from this Seller the have been very quick to answer Question.

We bought this last summer for 4 year old. Put it away for winter, drained, dried and folded. Just put it up this summer, seam has split on bottom. Tiny little holes on the side. Not impressed.
