This is a delicious product.I had this in chinese fried rice years ago and was looking for them. Glad I found them.You take them out of the package and steam or boil on medium heat for 10 minutes.Slice up and eat or add to dishes.I made ramens with dumplings and these delicious sweet sausage.This item is wholesome and the flavor is rich and sweet so you do not need to use alot based on my experience.MicrowaveIf frozen you can defrost in the microwave but always check at intervals since you do not want them to turn out rubbery or burst.If you want to just reheat after cooking ,half a minute or less is ok, or based on the amount, do not leave for too long as it will change the texture and taste(smoky burnt).DeliveryThey came in great condition and do not need refrigeration before opening. Once opened you have to put them in the freezer.If you are trying for the first time be open minded to new taste so that you can enjoy it.It is quite delicious!

Pack of 4 a cover color is fade and a taste is ok. Pack of 5 (4 1/2 ) a cover color is darker and a taste is very good.

I taught they were going to be like the sausages from the Chinese restaurant. The flavor was very different. I didn't like the taste. They need to improve.
