Kingdom Woman: Embracing Your Purpose, Power, and Possibilities

I’m reading this as part of a book club and love the wisdom provided throughout this book!

Pretty sure it’s an amazing book. Haven’t finished it yet. Heard great things about it. Can’t wait to get through it from what I have read it teaches you how to be a well rounded Christian woman, the kingdom woman, if you will.

A must read for every woman! There just aren’t enough words to express my deep gratitude for the truthfulness spoken in this book by Pastor Tony Evans and his daughter, Chrystal Evans Hurst. This is an honest, fresh dialogue that points you to a God so full of grace & mercy, and the unconditional love of a Heavenly Father. It will shake you, wake you up, challenge you, make you laugh, and make you cry. And, there are times when you have to take a deep breath and hold on because the honesty can completely overwhelm you when you’re in the midst of a personal battle. Get this book! Read it, take notes on it, study it, meditate on what you read and on God’s words as they lead you through them. I promise you will not regret it.

As a womens ministry leader, I was excited to see this book! From cover to cover, the book is filled with ideas for being a Kingdom Woman. The book redefines the Proverbs 31 woman as we know her, and shows how ordinary women are living lives of purpose. As the author writes "Excellence is a spiritual issue. It differs from success because success generally has to do with how much money you make, what job you have, or how much prestige you receive. Success has to do with reaching a level that the world recognizes as successful. While success belongs to a few, excellence is available to all." All women have the opportunity for excellence in God's Kingdom. Using biblical references, the authors anchor the key concept of living as a Kingdom Woman, right where you are. "A woman made in the image of God should never settle for being treated as anything less than an image-bearer of the one true King," writes Tony Evans. This is not another book to pressure women into something they are not; this is a book about using the gifts you already have and exploring your role as a Daughter of the King. Great read & teaching material

This is a great book to read. My Small Group is using it for a discussion. It has so many great insights and nuggets. I wish I had read it several years ago. I will probably read it again. I recommend this book for all women to read.

Absolutely amazing book. Great dynamic mix between Crystal and Tony. Very meaningful book with lots of wisdom and real life examples. Every woman who is a believer of God, Yahweh the one true God should purchase this. I watch Tony Evans sermons and they are truly inspirational.

Bought this for my mom and sister. They are going through it together. This is the well-needed reframe of what it means to be a godly woman in today's world. Visioneering is necessary before you start moving; you need to know before you go! This book gives a clear vision (for women) on qualities you strive towards as you grow in Christ. Scriptural and speaks truth. Thank you Evans family.

Excellent woman empowerment resource!

This book is so inspiring for women who are pursuing to ultimately follow Christ. No matter whether you have a past or not any woman who seeks to follow Christ with all her heart, mind, body and soul can surely be a kingdom woman. God does not discriminate. I really do recommend this book to women young and old.
