Best recommended “must have” item I got
This was the best recommendation given to me in terms of “must have” products. It has been a life saver in the first few days postpartum. The best part is not having to wash it off before feedings! I could not recommend this product more in terms of effectiveness. My nipples were becoming dry and sore due to the new activity and applying this salve after each feed has almost improved my nipples overnight. Another pro is being able to use this highly moisturizing cream as a convenient chapstick in the middle of the night! In terms of the smell, it almost has a very organic/natural chocolate smell - similar to cocoa powder! It can be a little greasy feeling at first, but it washes off with no issues at all.Highly highly recommend this product!

Great Soothing Relief with Ingredients I Trust
I've been recently tried this butter to help ease discomfort before I pump, and it's made a noticeable difference. As a pharmacist, I'm incredibly particular about the ingredients in products, especially when they concern my baby. This butter has been a fantastic find because it works well and has a formulation I feel genuinely good about.Pros:Pharmacist-Approved Peace of Mind: The biggest win for me is the ingredient list. It's organic, lanolin-free, and doesn't contain anything I'd be concerned about my baby ingesting. Knowing this allows me to use it without worry, which is invaluable.Effective Pre-Pump Comfort: It really does soothe my nipples and makes the skin feel more supple and prepared for pumping. I've found it reduces that initial friction and discomfort significantly.Nice, Gentle Texture: The butter applies smoothly and isn't overly greasy or sticky. A small amount covers well, so the jar feels like it will last a reasonable amount of time.No Apparent Issues for Baby: My little one hasn't shown any aversion or reaction when I've used this, which is always a primary concern.Cons:Natural Scent Profile: It has a very natural, somewhat herbal scent from the organic ingredients. It's not an artificial or perfumey smell, but it is distinct. I got used to it quickly, and it doesn't bother me, but if you're extremely sensitive to plant-based aromas, it's something to note.Jar Packaging Preference: This is a minor point, but personally, I sometimes find tubs a little less convenient than a squeeze tube, especially if I'm trying to apply it quickly with one hand. However, this is just a small personal preference on the packaging style.Overall, I'm very pleased with this nipple butter. It provides the soothing I was looking for and, most importantly, meets my high standards for safe, baby-friendly ingredients. I’d happily recommend it to other nursing parents, especially those who are ingredient-conscious.

A Lifesaver for Cracked Nipples – Better Than Anything Else I’ve Tried!
I’ve tried everything on the market for sore, cracked, and bleeding nipples, lanolin creams, silver nursing cups, you name it, and nothing worked like Earth Mama Nipple Butter. This stuff is an absolute lifesaver.Within just a couple of uses, I noticed a huge difference. It’s thick, soothing, and deeply moisturizing, but not sticky or greasy like some other creams. And the best part? It actually works, it helped heal my skin faster than anything else, and it’s completely safe for baby, so I didn’t have to wipe it off before nursing.Honestly, it’s so much better than lanolin, which always felt heavy and never truly relieved the pain. Even the silver nursing cups didn’t give me the same comfort this little jar did.Bonus: it makes an amazing lip balm too! I started keeping it in my bag because it works so well on dry lips and cuticles. If you're struggling and feel like you've tried it all, give this a shot. I wish I had found it sooner!

Amazing cream
This is hands down the most amazing cream! The texture is so light and not at all sticky (unlike the lanolin cream). And the healing power is just amazing. I tried different creams, silver cups This is the only thing that saved my cracking nipples, every time! I also use it on cracking lips, works great.

Decent Product
Not a bad product. A little goes a long way. But there is a slight organic smell can’t really pin point it. But it’s not a super strong smell. It moisturizes well and will last. Soothes cracked and dry skin. Will leave oil residue on clothing.

So helpful!
I love this butter. You should treat yourself to it. It helps avoid dryness, cracking, and discomfort from chaffing while nursing. It’s such a treat for that delicate part of your skin. It absorbs into well with some time, and smells and feels so natural and relaxing. The best part is that you don’t have to worry about washing it all off before your baby nurses about. I am on my second container of this, and I have been using it pretty consistently for about a year, so a little goes a long way! I have purchased more for my expecting and nursing friends. Would definitely recommend!

Healed cracked nipples/ multi uses
I LOVE this nipple butter as well as the diaper butter. Amazon shipping with this was very fast and efficient. The butter works well on my cracked nipples before/after feedings, and is so safe for babies due to all the natural ingredients. You can apply this butter on before a feeding and you wouldn't have to be worried about chemicals in babies mouth. This nipple butter is also great on babies bum just in case you don't have a diaper rash cream you can use this on baby and it works the same as a regular diaper rash cream. Love this nipple butter and you should definitely try the diaper butter.
