Did it come with a clapper as it’s not fitted to mine

Mine has not come with a clapper either which renders the product useless! i have contacted the seller but have yet to hear back - very disappointed to be honest. It appears it is not just me!

are these wind chimes really big/long

The main body of the chimes are approx 12inches long... the swinging arm hangs approx 9inches below the main body and the thin hanger cable above the main body is approx 6inches. I think the chimes are good value and they have survived well in all weather...

What’s the diameter of the bamboo please. I know pictures can be deceiving and give an impression of being bigger than they look
