This case is great, the only drawback is that the case is reducing the cellular signal strength a bit.

Well its good from drops and water but you can hardly hear someone when your on the phone and they can hardly hear you as well. The screen it kinda separated form the original so a majority of the time your screen doesn't respond to your finger.

When my husband lost his phone and had been outside in the rain for 3 days, this incredible phone case kept his phone dry! After finding the phone(finally), all he had to do was put it in the charger..awesome phone case!

Product was as rugged as it described but was definitely not waterproof. Also when opening it the first time to install the phone 3 of the 6 screw heads stripped and it was super difficult to get into the case to put the phone in.Update: Absolutely incredible customer service. Looks nice! However a total nightmare removing the tiny screws, The packaging comes with two accessory to remove the screws, however both don’t work!! after one hour I was able to remove two and the other ones turned in the empty, was unable to use this product shipped it back immediately
