Great knife once you polish the edge.
This knife didn't come as sharp as it should have, but that was easily remedied with a few passes on my 8000 grit stone and stropping block. The blade is quite flexible and the length makes skinning large sides of fish like salmon or mahi a breeze.

Great knife, but be careful!
I bought this knife for using it on fish fillets, it works great! But by some unknown reasons the manufacturer decided to make upper sides of the blade almost as sharp as the lower part, so be careful it cuts as it the blade itself..

The best knife I have ever used
I have not always had the most fancy knives however this amazing knife keeps an edge and is manufactured wonderfully allowing for precise cuts wether filleting a fish or cutting a steak

perfect for the price range
It is for a Christmas gift, so have not used it. Looks exactly like what I wanted.
