Great taste, no after taste…..
I use this to sweeten and flavor chia pudding, i’ve used unflavored monk fruit drops before they were just Ok, so I was a bit skeptical about this one, but after using it for a while, I am super happy with it. It has no weird after taste and even though it has high alcohol content for extraction, you don’t taste it mixed in with coffee or Chia pudding. It’s also very very sweet. Someone mentioned in an another review it tasted like Tootsie rolls. I could agree with that, but when you mix it with something, it kinda taste like a light chocolate milk. You only need a few drops in coffee also to get a mocha flavor going. So happy with it overall I’m going to try some of their other flavors….

Teenage son likes this!
The media could not be loaded. We love this! It takes about 20 drops to sweeten my 20 oz coffee just right. It has a slight after-taste, but it doesn't bother us. My son actually doesn't gag (hallelujah!) and actually likes the "caramel" dandy-blend latte's I make for him with it. My husband only uses a couple of drops. Not sure how he can possibly taste that...? At any rate, this is our go-to sugar-free "caramel" flavored sweetener! See my video review!

100% NATURAL SWEETENER, 0 CALORIES, MAKES ANY DRINK TASTE LIKE CHOCOLATE!
I used this to make Chocolate Martinis, they were fabulous & still low-carb due to no added sugar. It's also great for making chocolate milk for kids.

The Caramel flavor gets an A+
I’m glad I purchased it. It’s a great addition to my hot drinks like herbal tea, coffee and cappuccino. The taste is better than I expected. A little goes a long way. I bought it in hope of starting a keto diet. I’m not sure what the long term effects will be but if I’m reducing my other sweeteners, it’s a good thing. NOW doesn’t mention where they source the monk fruit extract from. I’m concerned that it may be from China. I hope it’s from South Korea instead. What I’m not pleased with it the bottle. The lid doesn’t stay tight, so it’s not suitable for the purse nor travel. Since the product must be shaken before each use, I have to tighten the jar just before that each time. What a waste it would be to shake and have the lid pop off and lose the expensive product inside. I hope that NOW replaces the bottle to a sturdier option that makes sense.

Pleasantly surprised!
I have been cutting my sugar calories and used to make a sugar bomb for coffee in the morning and that has come to end for me. So, I have been using monk fruit as a no calorie sweetener and wasn't thrilled with it. However, I did a search and came across this product. I tried it this morning and while 10 drops was a bit too much sweetness for me, I did enjoy this product in my coffee very much!!

Chocolate flavor, is more akin to a tootsie roll flavor
For the chocolate flavoring, it tasted and reminded me of tootsie roll. I am not particularly fond of tootsie rolls. This is not a flavor of high quality bars or Hershey's syrup. Maybe mixed in to something it will be fine. I just tasted it straight from the bottle, a tiny spec on my finger. Still taste it 30 minutes later. Not the best attempt on NOW foods part I'm afraid.

Disgusting artificial taste
Do not buy the pumpkin spice one! It is disgusting and taste straight up like chemicals. I've have the caramel and chocolate ones which are very good but the pumpkin one is nasty 🤢. Someone mentioned that the chocolate one tastes like a Tootsie roll and I agree 100%. The caramel one does taste just like caramel. I recommend those two.
