Pleased
I ordered the first one the wrong size because I did not realize I needed to measure the width of the cabinet opening not the interior. They allowed me to return and reorder the correct size. This cabinet organizer works like a dream! It works better than I had hoped and utilizes so much more of the space in my cabinet which is sorely needed as I have downsized.Installation was easy and not overly complicated. I plan on ordering a few more.

Excellent product - but requires patience/planning to install w/door mount
Excellent product for storing frequently uses kitchen items and with squatting under cabinets. This product works best when mounting the cabinet door using the optional door mount kit RS5WB.DMKIT to avoid bending over to pull the lower shelf out however I encountered difficulty in getting a good install with the door mount using the given installation instructions when installing the when installing the Rev-A-Shelf 22" cookware organizer which has the same frame, rails and installation as this product. I posted my work around below from the to help anyone reading this as was able install this product in less than half to time using those steps. There are considerations to plan for in adavance:- You're want to plan out what you can fit and height of shelves before mounting the frame the cabinet.- All existing cabinet shelves must be removed, so if your cabinet has a shelf and spans across two cabinet doors be prepared for how you are going to store items from the neighboring cabinet with the shelf gone.- You will be giving up some storage space in exchange for the convience. If you have tons of stuff crammed into the cabinet be prepared to relocate the excess.- Be wary that children do not hang on the shelves when extended. The frame is fairly strong but it will not hold their added weight.- Take note any possible obstructions such a dishwasher door on the opposite side. The shelves extend a good 2 feet out and the bottom shelf must be fully extended to get large pans in and out from the back row.- Expect possible 2-3 hours to install with door mount. Recommend you carefully drill small holes for any screws going into the cabinets to avoid possible splitting of the wood.Challenge with the door mount:The installation instructions state to first assemble the frame by loosely attaching the shelf rails to the two load bearing U brackets then measure and attach the frame in the cabinet. The problems with this is that without the shelves in the rails and the screws loose it is possible to mount the U brackets to the cabinet floor slightly twisted. The result of which is that the shelves don't "lock in" correctly when closed and the cabinet door won't mesh up with the cabinet with a scenario where either the left or right side has a large gap. It tooks more than a hour of fiddling to fix this and I had to loosed all the rails and relocate the rear U bracket and upper rail bracket screws to correct the problem. Per what I encountered installing the 22in cookware organizater (same frame/rails) I deviated from the install steps as follows when installing this product and saved alot of trouble.1. When assembling the the frame don't forget to leave the rail screws slightly loose per the instructions. Leave the rear bracket off until it is ready to be attached as it will just fall off or get in the way.2. Perform the steps up to attaching the one screw holding the upper rail to the cabinet as per the instructions. Measure carefully!3. Carefully measure, position, and screw in the front U backet. DO NOT screw in rear U bracket yet. It is critical that the front U backet is perfectly vertical and both left/right sides are the exact 1 13/16" from the cabinet edge as per the instructions AND that the lower rail perfectly straight by making sure it the same distance from the cabinet wall on both the front and back ends. This will ensure the front of the frame does not end up slightly rotated.4. Carefully insert the lower shelf into the frame, note that the assembly can tip since the rear screws aren't in. Verify that the shelf closes in snugly and evenly on both left/right sides. Since the rail screws are slightly loose doing this will align the rails stright with the U brackets. Make sure the rear U bracket is perfectly vertical.5. Pull out the shelf slightly, tighten the rear rail screws, carefully remove the shelf and tighten the front rail screws.6. Perform the installation of the door mount per the instructions to be sure be that the shelf closes evenly and the left/right sides of the cabinet door mesh evenly. (Don't forget to remove the double sided tape after marking the screws for the cabinet face or you won't be able to adjust it...this step is missing from the door mount instructions). A level is needed to ensure the cabinet face is even. Again remember that with the rear U bracket of the frame is not screwed in the entire assembly can tip when the shelf is far enough out.7. Take the door mount off and with the lower shelf in (or all the way if possible) and screw in the rear U bracket. A cordless screw drill helps with this alot as it is hard to reach. Make sure the U bracket is not at an angle and the rails are staight with the front of the cabinet.8. Close the lower shelf and now tighten the upper rair screws and finish the install of the rear bracket per the instructions (again make sure you don't bend the frame), then finally put the cabinet door mount back on. You may have to do multiple adjustments with 4 screws holding the door mount brackets to get the cabinet door just right.

Workmanship at its finest
I have not seen quality manufacturing like this in decades. THIS is what American manufacturing SHOULD be!The individual parts are sturdy and heavy duty. The quality of the manufacturing process jumps out at you. Every pre-drilled hole is precisely correct - screws went in exactly as they should! The alignment of every hole was exactly where it should be. Every one that should be there was there and where is should be. The parts are solid! There will be no stripping, bending or pulling apart. You just don't find that anymore. I didn't realize how rare it is until I got these! The instructions were simple, clear and understandable! I have to say that twice because it is so worth repeating..... The instructions were simple, clear and understandable! With most things I get today, I'm never really sure what the instructions are saying and generally rely on trial and error to get it right. Not with Rev-a-Shelf. And if all else fails, visit their website and they have a video for installation! (Not that I needed them because the instructions were good. I stumbled on it while searching for products for all my cabinets.)After I bought the "Pull-Out Wood Foil Wrap/Tray Divider Cabinet Organizer" for a base cabinet that was so narrow I knew I wouldn't really be able to use it without a pull-out, I was so impressed with the quality, functionality and the ease of use it gives me, that I bought Rev-a-Self for each of my base cabinets and a couple of the pull out spice racks for a couple of narrow wall cabinets. If you ended up with 9" cabinets in some places, like to provide cosmetic symmetry as I did, those Rev-a-Shelf pull-out gave me back space that I had written off as unusable. But even for normal sized base cabinets, where I would otherwise need to be kneeling on the ground to reach things in the back, and therefore limited on what could actually go there without risking the need to take out everything in front of it to get to it, these have been a fantastic addition. As I got older, bending far down or getting back up from kneeling has become problematic, making these pull-outs great for me.Wish I could give these 10 stars. Quality and workmanship I haven't seen since I was young. Relative to other things I have given 5 stars, it isn't fair I can't give these twice as many stars.

Organizational Goals!!
One of the best purchases I've made this year! I don't know why I didn't do this sooner!!I have a pantry cabinet and two very large cabinets that I was not able to utilize the space. I had items in the very back that I forgot about (made me toss quite a bit). Now I can see all of the containers, pots/pans, and bakeware I have without the need to squat and essentially climb in my cabinet. My pantry is so organized now, I can see everything, and I know what I have at any given moment just by pulling out my shelves. They slide so vey smooth and were easy to put together and install. Make sure you measure correctly and include pay close attention to the clearance width including your cabinet door when it's open. These were perfect for me with no wasted space and 1/4" clearance on either side. So worth the purchase!!

A wonderful product.
This is the perfect addition to a standard size cabinet. I installed this one in the kitchen (of course) so I could have easier access to the back of the cabinet without having to kneel on te floor. I have chronic back pain and this was just the ticket to make my life easier. It'a sturdy shelf and not so hard to install. I really recommend this if you what easy access to the back of your cabinets. Worth every penny.

Very sturdy and well made
Very sturdy and well made. Easy to assemble and install. The shelf is about 1/2 inch more narrow than the cupboard and the bottom shelf is about 1" above the cupboard floor so you do lose a little sq footage. The top shelf can be mounted at one of two heights. Overall excellent and the cupboards are much more organized.

Very Sturdy
The minute I opened the well packed box I knew by the look of this that it was going to be very sturdy and well worth the money. My husband installed it and I am using it for all my pots and pans. I am planning on purchasing a second one for another cupboard.
