Value for the Cost
I purchased a couple of these Rebelite pens and then the Monteverde for comparison. First a comparison to the Monteverde. The two pens have the same overall length. Their diameter is essentially the same. The Monteverde barrel is slightly longer and from a "fit and finish" point of view, the Monteverde is more refined. For example, the "knurls" cut into the area where you twist the barrel to expose the tip are more numerous and "cleaner", indicating more effort was put into machining them. The soft nib at the "eraser" end for use with tablets is larger. The barrel itself is heavier. Both use a "press fit" on the cartridge part that holds the actual pen mechanism. The pens use the same writing cartridge. Overall, I liked the more refined look and heftier feel of the Monteverde. More importantly, the Rebelite pen cartridge tended to wobble slightly in the barrel through use. This did not happen in the Monteverde. However the problem was easily corrected with some teflon tape that I had laying around. The Rebelite was half the price of the Monteverde. If you use the pen in a situation where you might lose the pen, clearly the Rebelite is the way to go. From a writing standpoint, both give essentially the same performance. I do actually use the level and ruler part of the pen. I haven't used screwdriver part and likely never will. I have yet to try the soft nib on my iPad, but it looks like both should work fine.

Stylus combo useful when indicating scale of photographed objects
This came a few days ago, so my experience is brief at this time. However, I am pleased with the solid built stylus. I have fairly large hands and experience a bit of neuropathy, so this product makes it easier for me to hold it and use it. Very well built! Very sensitive to my touch screen devices too. The bright yellow color distinguishes it easily from other pens lying on my desk, and I am choosing to carry it in my pocket.I expect the included screw drivers will be handy when I must access some small fastener, and not have to look everywhere for a tool. I've already come to appreciate the four inch ruler. It will also be handy when I include it in a photo, since it indicates the scale of objects photographed. I take plant photographs regularly, and leaf sizes are easily recognized with this stylus/ruler in the frame.Very pleased with my purchase, and certainly the product arrived quickly and undamaged. Great product, well presented. I recommend it, and would buy it again.

Very pleased about the quality in comparison to the Monteverde pen of the same concept
I collect pens and have many different kinds that are unique and I enjoy using-this is on that list. I have a couple of the Monteverde versions of this pen; I agree that they are heavier and less comfortable to write with than this pen. I can't think of a much better value than this pen so I will probably purchase another. I also purchased a Rite-in-Rain card holder and the pen writes beautifully on each card. It does have a little different ink cartridge which I hope will be easily available from the source quoted in "answer to the questions" of the site. I really would like to see them put out a pencil; maybe in .7 instead of the .9. I am very pleased with the quality of this and you can't beat the price.

For handymen/women, Leatherman/Swiss Army knife lovers, geeks, and serious sewer/quilter type people?
Hubby thinks it looks pretty cool. He'd been sneering at the idea of "pen/styli" combos since he never uses a stylus on his iPhone or iPad. My heart dropped, since I'd already ordered this for his handyman/geeky self. However, he got an Apple iWatch before this arrived, and I had mentioned that it seemed like a stylus might be nice, to operate that tiny touchscreen. So, when he opened this, he was ready to be happy about a stylus for the first time! And he likes the yellow color, as it looks like he grabbed it from his workshop. Of course, the mm/inches ruler, the level. etc, etc, are pretty cool too, to a man who has ALWAYS got some version of a Swiss Army multi-knife or a Victorinox, or a Leatherman in his pocket or on his keychain. Now I'm jealous, and want one for MY toolbox! Or maybe for my sewing notions? I could wow my quilt guild buddies at the next retreat!

Good Pen, Affordable and Nice Alternative to Monteverde Pen
I have bought more than ten of these as gifts. I also bought the Monteverde ballpoint pen, for comparison, which retails for over four times the price. There are several other subtle differences. The Monteverde is slightly thicker and heavier. The effect is that the Monteverde is bulkier and less convenient to write with than the Xtreme. The other differences: the Xtreme pen has only two sides with a ruler. Also, its screwdriver bit is secured with a rubber gasket instead of a sprung ball-bearing as on the Monteverde. The pen- a D-1 refill is the same on both. The Xtreme is actually nicer to write with than the one that comes in the Monteverde. Overall, the Xtreme 6-in-1 is worth its price, while the Monteverde does not feel worth the extra $20.

Very practical
I find this pen very practical. the screwdrivers are quality made I have already used them for screwing and unscrewing small screws. The stylus works well on my android phone and tablet. Pen writes very smoothly. The level is accurate. The only thing i am unsure about is how to change the ink when it comes time. I can get to it but it seems to be stuck. I would recommend this pen highly for people who always need these types of tools handy.

An inexpensive gadget for your pencil box.
I bought this because it is something different that might be handy to have. That said, I've never used it. It is a bit heavy and clunky in the hand. I do keep it in my pencil box. If I ever need a screwdriver or one of the other tools I know right where it is. But I probably won't use the stylus or pen unless it is the only one I can find. I'm not unhappy that I bought it; it's inexpensive. But it is something I could certainly live without.

Very useful, hasn't failed me yet.
I love these pens. The stylus works great. I love the utility of the ruler, level, and screw drivers. In a pinch they can fix/adjust your glasses. Which is why I keep one in my bag I take to work and one in the car. Although, for my (glasses) screws I found the flat-head to be slightly longer than the groove. It still works perfectly as long as you're careful.
