Does this product repel spiders?

I'll tell you straight off this is the best insect repellent I've ever found, if it will repel carpenter bees it will repel spiders, to get the results that I did I'll give you the formula for great repellent  in a gallon sprayer, mix just 2oz NBS30 no more, next take a dish washing liquid and put 1/2-3/4 cup in sprayer this will be the base for your spray it contains different chemicals to make it adhere to just about anything, next add water to your sprayer to fill line, then add the NBS30, this is important stir the mixture DO NOT SHAKE until all the liquid is mixed, pump up sprayer and coat the surfaces till really soaked then sit back and enjoy your space. good luck

can it be used on unsealed wood?

Everyone mentions carpenter bees. My problem in the country we live in is flies! Drives me nuts. Has anyone had any luck reducing flies?

NBS will repel a range of pests including flies. In our experience, most people are concerned about wood destroying pests like carpenter ants and carpenter bees and NBS has proven to repel both. But it will help repel flies, other species of ants, moths and other insects too.
