Excellent at keeping rooms, people, pets comfortable and cool
These little workhorses are worth having. They are well built and work well in moving air and keeping it circulated in a room. I was suprised with their light weight. They come in a bright yellow sturdy card board box and are small fans with three speeds. They can be put almost anywhere in a room and provide excellent cooling. Using two of them running almost constantly has not made any noticible difference in our electric bill and has kept us comfortable through the heat waves going through our area. I do recommend these fans for your comfort and they are excellent for keeping people and pets cool.

Never Want to be without blowers
This is not a fan, its a blower. Big difference...fans blow warm air if surrounding temps are warm, but this blows cool air...I almost don't get it! I will never purchase a fan again, only blowers. It's powerful too. I have one in a room thats 10'x15' and the room is probably too small for a blower such as this. You will have to point it towards the ceiling because papers will fly everywhere. Worth every penny! During this pandemic, I turn it on and spray Lysol for 1-2 seconds in front of the blower to sanitize the air. I'm very pleased with it. I have 4 of them. It also keeps the A/C from constantly cutting on when the blower is running. You will hear it running, it's not the quietest. I'm in the South where summer temps are 95-100 deg. You can't go wrong with these.

Very effective air mover, very durable
For those not familiar with squirrel cage fans, they are the best way to move air across a large space, far more effective than other fan types. In my case, I have a window air conditioner in one room and use the Stanley blower to move air into the adjacent living room area. Works well and is economical. This type of fan is not as quiet as some other fan types, but I actually like to have the extra fan noise at night. I have also used this type of fan as a small type of attic fan with a suitable roof vent (takes a little work and ingenuity to seal it properly to the vent, but works very well).

Pushes a lot of air in a confined path.
I use this to push air conditioned air from the room with the AC in it to another room down the hall and it works very well. It had an interesting noise that I really can't describe when I first started it up that faded away in w days and now it just sounds like an air mover. The three speeds are nice and to keep the sound down I usually used speeds 1 and 2. It's not loud, but it's not quiet either. Does what it's suppose to.

Excellent fan for moving air around room or down hall
This air blower is lightweight, easy to maneuver and has an adjustable angle fan so you can direct the air stream at whatever height you need it. Used it to move cool air down a long hallway from an area with ac to a section with no ac. Regular fans spread the air out which is their job but very inefficient to transfer stream of air so I was cooling the hallway but not the other room. This unit directed the air in a tunnel like fashion so more of it could reach the area with sufficient volume. Very powerful for such a small unit. Would work great in any room or garage if you are trying to push air and not just disperse in same space. I am able to use less electricity trying to cool larger area.

Best Shop Blower/Fan I’ve ever had!
I can’t BELIEVE these Bad Boys! I live in a 119 yr old House, that has No Central AC, so I have to use “Window Shaker” window AC units to cool my house, and the air doesn’t circulate well thruout the house without a little help. So being the “Backyard Engineer” that I am, I thought about using these small Shop Fans to give my AC’s a lil help! And help is what I got! 2 of these situated at strategic locations does the trick. HOWEVER, you must be VERY careful of the brand you choose. My first experience trying this only lasted a couple of months before the “OTHER BRAND” I started with began “Spitting Fan Blades” after only two months. BOTH of them did the same thing within two weeks of each other. So I contacted cust service and sent them pics of the blades it spit out and they sent me two new ones….well. After another two months, guess what? Yep, they started spitting blades to! Now in their defense, I DO run these things about 12-14 hours a day, lol, I’m retired so I stay home a lot. ( I won’t mention the companies name but it starts with an ‘L’ and ends with an “O” lol) but these “Stanley’s” I’ve had for almost a year now, again, 12-14 hours a day, and all I’ve had to do is clean em once in awhile by blowing them out with an air Hose, and they are still performing perfectly! Soooooooo be Careful of the brand you buy! Dont end up picking up fan blades your cheap unit starts spitting, spend a couple of more bucks and get yerself a STANLEY! You heard it right here from your old pal Harry. (Check out the pics of my Backyard engineering) LOL Thanks for checking out my review!

Reliable and Powerful – A Garage Essential!
I recently purchased the Master Heavy Duty Utility Blower for my garage and workshop, and it’s honestly one of the best small equipment investments I’ve made this year.

We now have 8 units. Airflow is good ...
I bought one of these blowers about sixteen years ago for use in my basement shop. That one is used every day and is still working great. I bought this second blower for use on the first floor to speed up drying of mopped floors and generally move air when needed. I've bought other fans that seemed to be pretty sturdy, but none of them have lasted this long. The Stanley blower has a four position switch that provides Off, High, Medium and Low speed selections. There are also two unswitched 120 VAC outlet sockets to provide connectivity for other power tools. The blower housing rotates so that the output can be directed straight up at the ceiling or angled down at the floor on about a 30 degree angle. It comes with a fairly long (approx. 8 feet), heavy duty power cord. Most of the blower is composed of a heavy weight durable molded plastic that is easy to keep clean. Be aware that this blower is NOT whisper quiet, except in the Off position of course.

I am a dedicated indoor training person, using several different cycling apps and a smart trainer. In the past I have used two pedestal fans to keep airflow going but after reading an article about the best fans for this purpose I decided to try a fan with a narrow airflow. The Stanley unit is more expensive than the cheap pedestal fans were but is far more effective. I generally run it at the lowest of the three settings and get plenty of cooling. The unit is quite attractive and seems well-made for its purpose. Noise is not an issue when training indoors, given the sounds of the smart trainer, the bike, and music, but it is fairly quiet. There is a well-known company that sells a fancier fan that matches output to your heartrate but at three times the price of this Stanley unit. My experience of using the fan for the last three weeks almost every day has been very positive. Highly recommended. UPDATE: I paid C$ 93 for this unit, which seemed a good value, but it now seems to be listing for over C$200, so not sure I would buy it at that price.
