I love this product cuz it helps me lose weight and sweat as u go.

It is good for weight loss. It can be used while working out and isn't too tight where it is uncomfortable. It is tight but not too tight so it is hard to take off. Good quality product.

it is smaller than the chart for size, shows by almost 25%if you get it on its really hard to get it off.USE THE SIZE CHART THEN GO ONE SIZE LARGEROTHERWISE IT IS A GOOD ITEM

I've been wearing this vest for a couple of days and I can really tell a difference. I am a lot less bloated and feel great.The vest does have a funny smell at first (plastic?), but it does go away within a day.

Orders the tank and was shipped the the zip vest. I tried on the zip-up in a size small and it was way too big.I am 5’9 and 150 lbs.I returned the item for a refund.
