For damaged hair, fine hair that needs a "filler" this is the only product worth spending money on outside of a good gel.

This stuff is kind of expensive, in my opinion, but it is great when you need a deep conditioning treatment. I don't use it very often because it takes some time to apply it correctly with a curling iron or flat iron and I never seem to have extra time. But when I do, my hair looks and feels fabulous. I color my hair, and use a curling iron daily so it gets dried out. This stuff really helps get it back in shape.BTW: You should search the web before buying. I've seen a price range of up to $19 depending on the seller.

I first got a ISH Pro Treatment done in my old salon, since I moved, I wasn't able to find a stylist who carries it. I decided to try it myself. I followed the steps online and got a great result. My hair was revitalized and deeply moisturized. It is harder to do it myself on the back of my head, going to a stylist will help. I will take it to my new stylist next time. I have mid length hair, I can use the jar for 4 treatments. Great products for chemically treated hair. I recommend you try it with your hair stylist for the best result.
