I use this as a preworkout, often mixed with Titan pur Greens. Whether taken separate or together, Titan Enlite mixes well and tastes great (I like the Lava Coloda flavor the best). This brand was recommended by my nutritionist and I've been satisfied with all of the Titan products I've tried.

This product is to sweet and doesn't Suppression of appetite and it didn't give me any energy neither. Cut out whatever you put in it to make it so sweet and add more fiber.

The product was less than half full . When I opened the package there was powder everywhere . It was expensive so I obviously was disappointed. I tried to post this review before with pictures but it got denied for whatever reason . Won’t be buying again

Have used products like Body Effects from Power Performance and RSP Quadraline. This one has a better taste by a mile, but does a real nice job of not getting me jittery and curbs my appetite for portion control very well. Its good stuff

Mai tai tastes like grapefruit and onion. Disgusting!
