This little warmer was super easy to set up and use. I used about 1/3 of a bag of wax, and it melted in about 10-15 minutes when set on the lowest temperature. The book doesn’t list which color waxes are for which area, and I forgot to come look back on the description, so I just chose a color of wax. I’m not sure if there’s any real difference between the waxes. Instructions for waxing were fine. I have PCOS, and as a result, Hirsutism. I usually shave my face (chin/neck) everyday, but you can always see the dark hairs in the pores/follicles, and it’s never completely smooth. As it happened, I had a mild case of Covid, and ended up quarantined for 10 days, so I didn’t shave. After a week, my hair was long enough to wax, so I decided to order this next day delivery, and gave it a shot. This sh*t works! But also hurts like a mofo. I’m not sure if that’s because I used the wrong color wax on my face, or just because I was literally ripping out hundreds of coarse hairs out of my chin.. probably more to do with the latter! I started with my sideburns, because the hair there was not as thick, and it didn’t hurt that bad. I learned after the first pull on my chin to do smaller strips. Since I had so much hair, having a bigger patch where more hair was being ripped at the same time not only was painful, but was harder to pull. I just kept taking deep breaths, and would just have to rip it quick. I did have a little bit of pinpoint bleeding from some of the follicles, because I’ve never waxed my chin before. I used a lavender cooling spray lotion from an essential oils company after waxing to calm the redness and ease the pain. I had to do this in several sessions because it was just too much for me to do at once. Maybe I’m a wimp, but I just needed a break. I’m hoping it gets easier in the future!Pictures just to give you an idea of how thick the hair was. Hirsutism sucks, but it is what it is. Im glad I found this kit to help me wax at home.

I've had this wax warmer for about 4 years now and it works just as good as it did when I got it. It heats up pretty fast and is really easy to use. I like how a pre and post wax spray is included.

No one likes waxing. But, this set made it okay. Easy to use and love the items included.

Really questioning why did I not purchase this item before? This was the secret weapon I didn't know I needed.. After using razors for years my skin was scarred from ingrown hairs. I've been very self conscious about my facial hair for years now.. This waxing kit left my chin and neck so smooth. And I haven't had an ingrown hair since. So far I've used it twice and I'm in love 😍. It's easy to use and beginner friendly. It also comes with an instruction manual that tells u everything u need to know about waxing. This item is a must have!!! I am so pleased with my purchase.

I love this product so much! I just wish it came with stuff to clean the wax pot, it’s easy to use but sometimes I get it dirty and Idk how to clean it or idk what products to use to clean it.

I love this little wax pot and I purchased it about a year ago and it’s held up pretty well. I looked back at the listing today to see something about the wax and I noticed that I never got a silicone bowl. The little metal one I have is impossible to clean which is why I have tried I would just refill it as needed which sucks when I would change the wax. If the seller could send me a silicone bowl I would appreciate it!!

it’s very easy to use. it has a us plug for anyone wondering and i would suggest it for beginners. i haven’t cleaned it yet but it does come with a few wax sticks, i was hoping it would come with BEADS but it came with 4 small bags of wax, it was melted and hard. there were a few hairs in the wax as well so i found that a bit gross so i ordered another kit on here. definitely order some extra wax, doesn’t come with much, enough to wax legs!!!

I never write reviews, but I'm so highly disappointed in this product that I have to. Today I tried it for the first time. I followed the instructions exactly as stated in the little booklet that came in the box. First of all, the warmer only turned on when I put it at the highest setting, it would turn off as soon as I tried to lower the temperature. Second of all, the wax itself didn't even get that hot. Like I said, the warmer would only turn on at the highest setting and I was scared it would burn me, but the wax was barely even warm. It also smelled horrible! The wax smelled exactly like hot glue and it honestly made me gag. Third of all, the wax did nothing. I tried using it on my legs and it barely took off like 2 hairs. All I was left with was hairy legs and red areas from where I tried the wax. Don't even bother wasting your money on this.
