Hello! 1) It should have some actual bubbling when opening because of the dense texture of soursop fruit, but not "Explode" like a soda. 2) The Soursop fruit should have a strong nice aroma (not like a beer). It is not 100% pure juice because of that fact. They do also add Stevia the natural sweetener to it to which I believe they had too much. I've not found it 100% pure juice and to buy the fruit locally and have enough to make the juice yourself would cost $30 a glass. That's probably why the water is added. it is however a very good drink.
