Q: How many are in a pack? I need 10-12 leaves for a recipe.

There are more than 12 leaves. I would guess that there are forty or fifty leaves in the pack. They are not large leaves but have great flavor.

Q: Can these be reconstituted? or do they just turn to powder in the dish?

These are dried leaves and they DON'T turn into powder when used.

Q: Where do you store these how long do they last before expiring ?

I have not used all of them purchased in 2019 and still use them not Sur of there is an expiration they are dried like bay leaves keep until they are gone ?

Q: Are these certified organic? i do not see in the pics the verification symbol that's usually on organic products (ie, "usda organic").
