A very god “on the go” re-usable mug. Looks good and does the job. I especially like the fact that I can keep the opening on the lid closed, so, no spillage if I walk fast. Unfortunately, since Covid-19, my take away place cannot accept it for filling (something to do with cross infection) so, I make my own take away coffee at home and go.Yes, I recommend it.

Don't buy this as once you close it is very hard to open, actually it is impossible to open. Waste of money as had to throw mine out due to not being able to open it.

Probably the best reusable cup I have ever bought. Yet to see what the dishwasher safe side of it is..Edit....... doesnt stay hot for long. 😔

The product focusses too much on the sustainability aspect – the finish is not good at all. In my mug there is a sharp edge on the inside just underneath the thread and when following delivery instructions and cleaning the product before use I cut my hand. Similarly, the upper part of the thread is sharp, making the mug unpleasant to drink from. I would not buy this product again.Update: Ecoliving has by now offered a full refund and a free and inspected replacement cup, which is very generous.

Nice to hold and use but it does not retain the heat very long. Although the cup is double walled the lid is not, so the heat quickly dissipates via the plastic lid. Don't expect your hot coffee to make it to the office on a cold day commute.

After a year of utilisation the mug is leakingNo return or warranty possible, so I wouldn’t recommend it sadly as it defeats the ecological point it was intended and advertised for.

I bought this coffee cup for my husband so he can take it to his work. Very pleased with this purchase, excellent quality in reasonable price.Ideal present for friends and family!

Decent quality, comfortable to hold/drink from and it is definitely leakproof with a very good seal. Black label is slightly sticky, from the glue I’m guessing, and has remained that way after 2 washes. Slight annoyance otherwise would be 5 star, particularly due to the eco aspects.
