Nordic Ware Bundt Fancy Springform Pan, 9 Inch, Non-Stick

I am so happy I purchased this item. I was looking for a set of bakeware that had a spring form pan & bundt cake pan along with others, but I wanted the set to at least have these two. I was going to purchase the set that came with these two as well as some other plans, but decided not to and came across this item. I have use both I made an icebox cake, and with the Bundy mold I made a gelatin dessert. Neither of them leaked on me. I have yet to bake, but I am sooooo happy with my purchase. It's a great quality & easy to clean product! 👌

I have used it only once so far to bake a sponge cake, and am very pleased with its performance. That it has the additional insert for other types of cakes makes it a very good choice. The form is substantial, not flimsy like cheaper versions, and handles/cleans well.

My son loves to bake and we found this to be the best mold and very convenient how to open and close. If you like to bake, give this one a try you will , Love it

This pan is well made and the space-saving 2-in-1 design is a good concept. However, if you have your heart set on a Bundt cake, you might be disappointed. You’ll have to adjust your recipe (cut back by a third) because this has a smaller capacity than a standard Bundt pan. The finished product, apart from having a hole in the middle, doesn’t really look like a Bundt cake because it’s quite flat. The insert would probably make a dandy meatloaf though. For a regular 9” springform pan, I really like this. No batter leakage, but moisture from a water bath will seep in unless you wrap the outside in foil. Good quality nonstick pan. Has to be hand washed.

The idea of the mold was good. But, I used this mold 3 times and is peeling off in big sections, is literally “peeling”. It didn’t seem to be so bad, after received. Poor quality after only 3 uses!

Really like this pan, but I have never had a Nordic Ware Pan that I didn't like and that was not of the highest quality. Have some pretty old Nordic bundt pans and they are all still like new and will last forever if taken care of. I only give Nordic Ware pans as gifts, as well. Really like the interchangeable bottoms. Have only used the fluted bottom so far and cake comes out great and looks really nice. Also, no leakage as with some other springform pans.

The pan itself seems to be pretty good quality, the ease of use is sort of a pain. It took a bit of finagling to get the bundt base exactly in the groove and then lock the ring around it. There was still a slight gap near the locking mechanism, but the cake batter set up before it could leak out. The pan cleaned easily since I had greased it before baking.

I got this baking pan as a replacement for ones I sold prior to a move. The old pans were OLD and I figured that the way things go, the new pan would be a lighter-weight, flimsy version. That wasn't the case. It is made of heavy enough gauge metal that it is stiff and sturdy. The no-stick coating looks like it will hold up with proper care. I've used it several times already and it's grreat.

I bought three of these to give to my three girls at Christmas time. They've been borrowing my old one mostly to make cheesecake. The pans all look great! Just what I wanted, but will not be using them for a bit. I'm hoping the girls will come up with some new recipes to use these pans for.

The only bundt tin I could find with some patterns and a springform tin. Excellent. Cakes are released easily with no sticking and it's nice to have a slightly patterned top to cakes (all the other springform pans I could find were boring plain ring tins!). All my cakes are gluten free, with added fruit and very moist - in a conventional round tin they were often a bit undercooked in the centre - this pan is great as its design means the centre of my cakes cook the same as the outer edges. Fab.

Haven't used it yet but the quality looks really quite nice, and a cool idea to have both pans in one. Nordic ware is usually a pretty stand up brand so don't anticipate any issues.
